  1. I am currently reading Mr. Herron’s book and I think it really is going to be a best seller. I have already begun to apply some of the steps he talked about in the book to my own quest to becoming a millionaire. If you don’t have your copy already get it! Visit alherron.com

  2. I have read Mr. Herron’s book and now reading it again to review and continue to apply the principles. I really like his principles because they are ones that I have heard many times in life but failed to apply them to my daily activity. What I have learned is that I will always pay my 10% to charity and 10% to me before I pay any other bills or just to have fun. When you put your savings on “autopilot” you will be smiling all year long and for years to come. You will not regret it.

  3. Mr. Herron, thanks so much for writing your book and for writing it so well. It contains the complete discussion about investing principles I wish I could have had when I was just starting out.

I had good parents and they taught me to love the Lord, to educate myself and to pay myself first. But saving was for a “rainy day” and savings in a bank grow so slowly. Anyway, hard times are hard to believe in when you are young and so many things come along to tempt you to spend what you have saved.

So until 2006, when I met Paul Lewis at the Real Estate Investors Training Center and he introduced me to you and your book, no one had ever shown me how to take that small “rainy day” nest egg, invest it and make it not just grow, but multiply.

Now I know how and I’m on my way to a second career that I believe will be much better than the first. It will be more productive and more fun. I want to share this wealth with others, so I bought a couple of extra copies of your book to give as gifts.
